Opening Hours:

The park opens daily at 10:30, but the closing time varies according to the date. Please check it online for your chosen date.

Metro: L9 to Valdebernardo
Train: Cercanias C2 to Vicálvaro

Tips:

Visit the part of the jungle where the monkeys live. They run free and if you’re quick you can even stroke them. Kids will love it.
If you have small children you might want to hire a buggy for them. Buggy hire: €6.00

Are there restaurants, bars here?

Yes, There are several bars and restaurants throughout the park. The restaurants have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Can I smoke in the park?

Smoking is prohibited in the park and during educational activities, except in areas specifically designated for this purpose as smoking areas (you can find them on the park map by clicking on “Services”). All these areas are duly signposted. Faunia reserves the right to expel from the Park any person who, having been required by the Park staff to comply with this rule, will repeatedly continue to breach it.

I am going with a child under 3 years old, do you need a ticket?

No, children under 3 years old do not pay and therefore do not need a ticket. Although they do not have a ticket, they will be able to access the park.

Can I buy my tickets online now?

Yes, we currently have online ticket sales enabled for the rest of 2021. You just have to access our online sales page and purchase tickets and other products regularly, selecting the specific day of your visit. We recommend that you make your purchase in advance, to ensure your visit to the park on the day you want.
